Setup PayPal to Work With EcommPro

Create
a business account by going to PayPal
and click Sign Up at the top of the page.

Once
you have a PayPal account login using your sign-up email address and
password.

Near
the top right of the page click on Profile
in the links
navigation bar.

Under Selling Preferences click Website Payment Preferences. Setup
the following:

Turn
Auto Return ON
-
In
the Auto Return URL enter the following URL. Enter your domain name
in place of your-domain.com.

Turn
Payment Data Transfer ON

Turn
PayPal Account Optional ON

Click
Save at the bottom of the page.

Go
to your shopping cart control panel company info page and choose
PayPal for the gateway.

Enter
your PayPal login email address and a Name for your cart.
That's
it, you're taking orders.

Overview:

PayPal
has a host of other features. One thing to remember is if you setup your
account to allow eChecks, it takes a couple of days for the checks to
clear so if your have downloadable files for products do not enable
accept eChecks. It is disabled by default.

You
can do refunds, partial refunds and much more.

PayPal
has a very extensive Help area. Click Help at the top right of a page
and start at Getting Started, or search for a question that you may
have.

When
you receive a transaction from your cart the amount goes into your PayPal
account. You must manually transfer it to your bank account.

Add
a bank account to PayPal by clicking Add Bank Account on the top
left of the page when you login.

After
you do everything to verify your bank account, transfer the money
to your bank account:

Click
on Withdraw in the links navigation bar near the top left/center
of the page.

Click
Transfer Funds to your Bank Account.

Enter
an amount.
-
Choose
a bank account if more than one is registered.

Click
continue to verify then click Make Transfer.

The
money shows up in your bank account in a couple of days.
